My hobbies
My hobbies
Walking
In 2023, I participated in something called 4daagse (if you're Dutch, you might know it). It's walking 200km in 4 days. Nothing else. Just walking. And some beers for hydration.
Running
I'm not going to lie. I hate it. However, it's challenging, and I keep signing up for new races, so I must prepare for them (a trick that makes me go for a run 100% of the time).
Scuba diving
There is no better feeling for me than being underwater. You can only hear your breath, which puts you in the meditating zone. There is just you and your thoughts (and sometimes your diving partner who needs oxygen, which doesn't help with relaxing).
Tennis
Sport that taught me a lot of discipline, how to stay calm, be patient and kept on humbling me my whole life.
Acting
Luckily, it's not my hobby (as I'm terrible at it); I just wanted to share a cute picture of me as a kid.
creating art
My digital designs are better than those created by hand, but nothing relaxes me as much as painting, crafting some DIYs, or building something with my hands.

Nature
Although, I can't keep a single plant alive; one in the picture died five months after I took it home.
Light
One of the most essential things in my life (that sounds dramatic). No matter if it's artificial light, sunlight or a light at the end of the tunnel.
sunrises
It falls into the light section, but it's so important that I would feel bad if I didn't give it extra credit. Its colours inspired the colours of my portfolio.
Friends
What can I say other than that the people around me are my greatest inspiration and motivation? I couldn't be more grateful.
Other creatives
Nothing inspires me as much as the work of other people. It doesn't have to be specifically related to product design. I follow everyone from photographers to interior architects.

Living in vibrant Barcelona has opened my eyes to the significance of my environment, which involves a lot of architecture.
