Since childhood, I’ve loved solving puzzles, and that’s how I approach UX. I start by creating a frame, defining where I am and where I need to be (researching and defining the problem). Then, I categorize and prioritize the pieces. Next, I explore options, testing if they fit together. Whether it takes days or hours, the final result is always satisfying.
